Attorney Roman Rassin represents clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, general liability cases and assists individuals in successfully obtaining benefits through social security in both SSDI and SSI claims. Attorney Rassin has advised and represented injured employees through all stages of Workers’ Compensation litigation, and routinely appears at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents before Administrative Judges.
Attorney Rassin graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2012, where he served as a representative on the Student Bar Association. While earning his degree, Attorney Rassin interned with Senator Richard T. Moore of the Massachusetts State Senate, and worked closely with the Senator in researching and developing health care legislation. Attorney Rassin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Philosophy from Brandeis University.
Attorney Rassin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is fluent in Russian.
